An overview of the wires on the Rebel, what they each look like and what they are for:

Rear lights consist of - Driving light, stopping light, indicators, plate light:

The connectors are underneath the seat:
White connector has wires for Ground, Driving light, Stopping light:
Solid green = Ground
Green with yellow = Stopping light
Brown = Driving light (Driving and ground is also a typical place to tap into for power to plate light, as new wiring for aftermarket plate light will be needed)

Blue connector has wires for right side indicator:
Solid green = Ground
Solid Blue = Indicator power

Orange connector has wires for the left side indicator:
Solid green = Ground
Solid orange = Indicator power

Indicators at the front:

The connectors are inside the housing:
Blue connector has wires for right side indicator:
Solid Blue = Indicator power
Blue with white = Driving light
Solid green = Ground

Orange connector has wires for the left side indicator:
Solid orange = Indicator power
Orange with white = Driving light
Solid green = Ground

Some more dearly needed info on the rear light connectors on your Honda and where to get them.
Tears come to my eyes when I see how the original loom is hacked up by the “brick removal” and “rear fender replacement” crew. Please don’t do this. Original style connectors are available.
In the first image there’s your connectors on a different type Honda, they are Sumitomo HC050 connectors. I got mine here: https://www.easternbeaver.com/Main/Elec__Products/Connectors/050_Connectors/050_connectors.html
He is a Canadian in Japan, which explains the strange name of the site. I got my connectors (second image) delivered in the Netherlands within a week.
Hope this results in less hacking and more connecting.
