Hey guys, I've put in a lot of work on my bike to make it my own. The hardest thing was doing the bar end mirrors. I had to drill out the entire plug. Took a few days to get done, since I didn't have the proper size drill bit.

But wanted to share my mods thus far. The last thing I really want is a brown leather seat to match my grip wraps. I seen some guy on here who had one, but no idea where he got it.

The shorty exhaust sounds beast, but it's almost to loud. But with 32DB ear plugs, it's not really that bad. I just miss using my earphones for music.

I think the best mod so far no doubt is the wind-shield. Anything after 45mph+ and would get fatigued rather quickly. But this thing is amazing! Riding is so much more enjoyable now at higher speeds!

Anyways let me know what you guys think. Thanks for viewing!

MOD LIST:

Gear indicator
Shorty Exhaust
Under-glow lights
Bar-end mirrors
Leather grip wraps
Throttle assist
Wind-shield
Cell phone holder
And plugs to fill the holes from the old mirrors

it's looking good. i agree about the windscreen really helped me a lot once i installed it. I feel like I can ride all day without being tired.
the lights look good matching the flow of the bike lines (though I think i would prefer purple) but hey that's my preference :D
enjoy !

Yeah I agree, I do prefer the look of the bike without the screen, but I would rather be less fatigued and comfortable.

And by the way this light kit is RGB, so I can choose from a variety of colors, including purple. :smile2:

It's a great kit for $50. 12 pc, waterproof, RGB, and good quality fob.

Bikes looking good. You'll have to get a picture of the bike in the night with the under glow on.

In regards to the brown seat have you looked on zeed parts they have a few different brown seats to pick from on there.

Is a great looking motorcycle!

How's the wind noise around your helmet with the screen? I put a Puig screen on mine. It really cut on the push from the wind at road speeds, but the noise was deafening even with ear plugs. To go higher would really have fugglied up the look, so I cut about three inches of it, then eventually another inch and half. It's not a lot higher than the Honda screen now, but still keeps the wind of my chest, and I can hear myself think.

I never heard of Zeed, but just browsed their selection and see they do have the seat. I'm in US, so not familiar with that currency. Couldn't get a price.

And I will get a picture of it tonight. It looks amazing. I love the blue so much, but it's illegal to use blue or red underglow here in FL. :crying:

It's amazingly good. I have a HJC C-17 full face helmet, plus I use 32DB foam plugs and wind noise is very low. I hear my shorty exhaust more than I do wind.

The screen I couldn't recommend more, it's so GOOD. I was cruising 65 this morning on US-1 and was very comfortable, no fighting wind etc. Even with a 10MPH headwind.

This is the one I got: https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/givi-a603-airstar-universal-windscreen

Solid reviews all around, best investment thus far. I'm glad I didn't go with those mini ones for the Rebel. That probably doesn't do much, and mainly for looks I think.

You can change the currency to dollars buddy.
Oh nice didn't see that. Thanks for the heads up. I actually see a brown seat with passenger seat I like. It's around $120. That's not to bad.

I heard good things for the Corbin seat, but I don't like the look on the Rebel. The back part of it is way to high.

zeed has very fast shipping as well. bought from them 3 times, Zero complaints.
Corbin seat was good overall, definitely comfortable but that rear section wasn't gonna win any beauty contests.
