Hey guys,

I have looked through images of the shifter on the new Rebel, but I don't see any with a heel shifter in place.

It's not a make or break thing. I'm just curious if Honda will offer the option. I know you can always go aftermarket.

Have any of you noticed a photo or read some specs about the new Rebel having a heel shifter?

The limited version does has small floor boards as opposed to just the pegs but no models appear to have heel toe shifters on them.
The bike is small and low, I don't think a heel and toe shifter would be a great idea. They tend to cause the bike to scrape when it leans because of the larger area required for the shifter.

I was in contact with T Rex Racing about a center stand and there engine guard I plan to buy and with a question about floor boards heel toe shifter for the 2018 Rebel cmx300

Below is there response.

Thank you for reaching out to us, our design team does have plans to work on designing a floor board set with heel toe shifter and rear brake pedal extension, however, they have not had the time to get the bike back in the shop yet.

Your business is appreciated.

Thanks,
Ruben

I hope enough people from this forum will contact them with interest for floor boards with Heel toe shifter, that it will help them to develop one soon. Once they know there is a market for it, the sooner we can all get one.

Another plus is it would be made in the USA.

Thanks
