Hey guys! Thought I would document my 300 journey

Bought the bike from a private party last week for a pretty good deal, it was dropped in transport and caused a big dent on the tank but thankfully our friends in thailand will fix that via a tank cover

It is otherwise in great shape and only has 1400 miles on it. Records shows in was purchased brand new in nov 2017!

So far I’ve bought the oem rear seat kit, flipped the mirrors and got rid of that god awful brick

A Musarri slip on and the tank cover will be on their way next week as well

They do look good, I’ve seen several in the city but I believe it’s secured with 3m tape strips.
That puts me off a little, having that stuck all over the tank.
If or whenever you want to remove the cover, you could have problems with tape damage on the paintwork if an activator is used.
I could be wrong though!

Yep just 3m double sided tape.

It doesnt use as much as I thought it would, just one on the front bottom strip and two on the rear side strips. Shouldnt be hard to remove if need be, at all

That's one of my worries getting the paint damage if I decided to remove it.
Thanks for the reply.

Is it easy to put on? Is it tight once it's installed? Any movements?

Thanks
