Rebel 300 spare 12V under speedmeter problem

Today just found a spare 12V connector under speedmeter on 2023 rebel 300, but seems no power supply when i starting engine, may i know i need to switch on some where or it's just dummy connector for other purpose? Thanks

That's the accessory power connector. Check your manual for the fuse location.

relay is installed under the fuel tank
