I have a 2023 1100 DCT. It is intermittently not starting. It turns on, the gauges all work and you can hear the fuel injector kick in, but when I hit the start button, it does nothing. not a sound! Took it to the dealer, they had it two weeks and said my battery was bad, they replaced which cost me $356 and it did not fix the problem. but I can't get it to replicate the issue when I have it there and they told me there was nothing they could do, because they didn't have a clue what was causing it! The gauge doesn't show N, it shows 3 lines --- in place of the N. I think there has to be a sensor or something that is not telling it that it is in neutral. Dealership tech just looked at me like I was speaking Klingon. Do they even go to school for M/C mechanics anymore? I'm at a loss. I told them I'd be calling soon. They said when it completely quits working, then they can diagnose it. I said well what if I'm 200 miles from home on a nice cruise. The guy just shrugged his shoulders!
