How do you remove the framing that holds the fender?

 

If I remember right, when you have the fender and seat removed, you will see another 4 bolts holding the fender brackets, 2 each side, maybe 3. Remove them.
I would disconnect the battery first before you start dismantling, unplugging/wiring up lights etc.

Fender Wiring

Diagram’ Is it for the led strip light?

 

Yes it has a LED strip. 5 wires.

now we just need an instructional video on how to wire up a new taillight (led strip) and turn signals.

 

It was actually easier than I thought. Honda has the connections separated, the diagram of the wiring I got here helped me figure it out. I have some pictures ill post up.

Any additional information on wiring up a new tailight? was this pretty difficult or did you need to do any soldering?

i really want to run no fender and get rid of the old light and replace it with led strip

 

Its not hard at all actually and yes I went ahead and soldered the connections so its on good. I can put a diagram together of the honda tail light cabling if you need it.

 

The module under the seat is most likely the Rectifier\Voltage regulator module - it is a guess but with the limited wires going to it seems reasonable and in the area it should be
