I just did an arts and craft setup first with cardboard and some tape to make a template. Then just transferred it all on to size 0.32 stainless steel sheet and cut it all out and tig welded it all together. Even added extra structural support by welding runners on the under side to run parallel to the bike and made the attaching points mount on the upper mount of the fit clutch lever bracket and the lower hole mount of the passenger peg mount. And used washers to fill the gap on the lower attaching point of the foot clutch bracket. In my opinion they are not strong enough to go full weight standup on cause I didn’t make the support runners long enough. But sturdy enough just to rest ones feet.
Hi all,... bought a cheap cafe racer style screen off evilbay, made out of sturdy ABS with smoked screen.
Some cutting was needed, specially on the right of the screen to clear the brake fluid housing and at the bottom to clear the triple tree.
