Has anyone used Lucas Synthetic 10w30 motorcycle oil in their 500? I've attached photos regarding the required oil specifications from the Honda manual and the Lucas Oil information for comparison...

I thought I read a post here with someone saying you shouldn't use synthetic, I dont recall a reasoning but might be worth some research to be informed.

You shouldn't use synthetic during engine break in. After that you are fine.

During break in parts are actually settling into each other in the engine and kind of wear away where it needs to wear away.
But Synthentic oil actually lubricates so well that it causes the parts to not wear correctly and the engine will not correctly break in.
