Ya the rebel is all low-end power. has nothing up top. Think they made this bike for a city dweller. It can handle the highway, but doesn't have much in the way of passing power. lol.

Looks about the same as the chart we posted long ago between the cbr500 and rebel 500. Its done so the Rebel produced its torque at a lower RPM range and lower speed.

You have the 300 though lol. I seem to have passing power on the 500.

I have great passing power in 3 and 4. 2 and 5 seem a bit useless, but that's the gearing not the motor.
