Hi All!

I own a 2015 CB500F so I mostly hang out in the CBR500R forum however, my presence here is two-fold:

1. My friend would like to start riding and the Rebel would be his bike of choice. Though I'm still new to the two-wheel scene, my gear-headedness from the auto world drove me here to learn as much as I can about the Rebel. The knowledge gained here will allow me to talk with some intelligence about this bike and if - pure coincidence of course - it helps buddy come to the decision to get his bike sooner rather than later, hey, I'll be up another riding buddy! > 0
   
2. My bike was sold as a "Gun Powder Black Metallic" even though there is just as much "white" parts on it ... unfortunately, the only paint code associated with the bike is that of the black. This is a real pain as my customization strategy includes paint matching some new parts to the white - all of my research thus far seems to indicate that the white is "Matte Pearl Summit" though there was no way to be certain, and, no one seems to have the paint code for.

Though I'll mostly be a tourist here learning whatever I can about the new Rebel, I'll add in whatever value that I can whenever I can (seeing as our bikes are at least, based off the same motor). Otherwise, I hope that anyone with an R300 in Summit White will post up some pics and that I'll be able to start up a conversation with him/her regarding the colour code. My nearest dealer incidentally didn't have any in stock when I went and checked.
