Anybody know the viscosity grade of front fork oil in the 2017 rebel 500 ?
My bike dives at a touch of the brakes and rolls on rough corners and I want to try a thicker grade.
Heard from Hyperpro that they are working at the moment on a replacement and will available next month.

Now have the 15w grade oil in forks and it is a huge improvement. No diving when using front brake and the bike doesn’t roll or wallow round bends on rough roads. Feels very stable . Slightly increased the firmness of the ride but not a problem. Also have fitted Michelin Commander 2 tyres and its a major upgrade. Lighter and more precise steering , plus I can cross the central white lines in the road without a scary wobble. The original rear lasted 4000 mls only and I dont ride madly, not good.
