there are a few other threads where DollarBill, myself and a few others have talked about it, and posted pix.
but the short version is get a set of 1" handlebar mirror clamps either on ebay, amazon etc.; plastic ones should run $5 ish, though if you wanna spring for real metal ones, they'd be better, and less chance of breaking on install.
take the mirrors off and screw them into the clamps. left mirror will become the right side, flipped (and vice versa). attach clamps to handlebars nearest to the grips as you can. then make minor adjustments. ie start with the clamps at vertical and move the top towards you /bottom away from you, so the mirrors won't hit the tank when you turn the handlebars side to side.
2019 Rebel 300 - Phase 1 complete. Stock/OEM parts painted (high heat engine enamel) highlights in copper or gloss black on muffler and headlight rim/mount. Maybe highlight a few more locations (e.g. grips and oil cap).
Anyone know where to get copper grips?
Anyone know where to get custom nylon...
More pics from the side tomorrow after I clean up my mess. The bullets were going to have a timed flasher but I couldn't fit the module in the light assembly :(
The photos don't do justice to the lights, they are bright!
