Hey all, so my coolant reservoir is empty (the clear plastic tank) and the level is fine in the radiator. I called the shop I bought it from and they said it’s just an overflow tank so having none in it is not a problem... I’m not sure this seems right because then why would it have a high and low level? And the manual says to add it if below the low level. Should I just add some to be on the safe side or leave it alone? Thank you!

I would add some. It is a overflow but if your bike is brand new there could have been a bubble in the cooling system that sucked the overflow dry. Like you said, no problem to fill it to proper level. Also if it keeps emptying it could be a sign of a leak or other problems. Never hurts to be careful.

Put some fluid in it. It's the easiest way to keep the radiator topped off and be able to tell if you're losing fluid (as Devilman said previously).
