Finally got my seat back from the upholstery shop this week. Put 200 miles on it so far, and it feels great. It's the stock seat, with 2" added foam (different layers) and covered in Marine grade Vinyl. I'm extremely happy with the results thus far. Might update long term later on, but only if something significantly changes.
What I can say so far compared to the other seats i've had.
Vs Stock seat-no brainer, sits 2" higher and much more comfortable
Vs Thai seat I had previously ; sits 1" higher and still more comfortable. plus doesn't shift around (Thai seat design was not perfect and had some play on installation)
vs Corbin seat- about the same comfort wise, but the corbin sat lower and slightly more forward than stock, so this is a better improvement overall since my knees aren't bent as much. plus it's still a single seat vs the Corbins section that covered the rear fender.

Looks good and sounds great.
If I may ask, how much did the upholstery shop charge to re-do your seat, and how long did it take?
Thanks
I forgot to include that part, thanks for asking Dan
it was 175, and it took about 2 weeks (cuz i told the guy to take his time i was in no hurry since i had another seat already)
