Anyone else extremely disappointed with the amount of aftermarket parts available for this bike? Heck even Honda offers next to nothing. The way the bike was advertised I was led to believe I'd be able to buy parts to make it my own/customize it but almost a year later and there's nothing out there, you can't even buy a kit to replace the ugly brick on the back haha, sorry for the rant just wondering if anyone else feels this way?

Basically, what you're saying, and missing, is brand specific aftermarket parts that you can just slap onto the bike with plug and play? That's usually not how aftermarket parts work, I'm afraid...
No Honda hasn't made numerous mods for it, because that wasn't their intention.
What they did with the Rebel, was making it easy for aftermarket parts to be fitted onto the bike. What that means is that they made nuts and bolts easily available to be usable for mods. And I can pull all sorts of links to mods that will screw right onto the bike.
But in another sense, what does "making it your own" say to you? How do you interpret that?
Because as I see it, it means to actually go on and do something yourself. To not be expecting that every mod you want to do with the bike will be simple plug and play.
I have several mods lying and waiting for when the bike get out from storage here. Some are plug and play, others I'll have to mend myself to make work.
Honda did advertise the bike as a "blank canvas"
What that means is that you're suppose to paint something yourself, make something from nothing, and not going out and buying an already finished painted canvas...
