Yes, it will, without a doubt.
Might be putting a little bit of strain on such a new bike thou? But it should absolutely be able to handle it.
Would on the other hand not recommend driving such speed in the general traffic thou...

If you're looking to cruise 90+mph extended time at your weight and height, I think you should probably look at a bigger bike.
That's asking much of the Rebels. If it's just for quick jaunts then it should be just fine.

I'll be cruising around 55-65 the first 600 miles then to 75-80mph I just want to if I need to pass some one at 75-80mph I can

In that case you'll be more than fine.
I'm on a 300 past break in and I currently cruise at 65-70 mph w/ enough grunt to pass (slower) drivers.
Currently topped out at 85 mph. With the extra 200 cc's you'll faire a lot better.
