Hey. I just recently bought my first bike (black 500 abs) in May. Put 1200kms on it so far and loving every second. I don't have any other experience on a bike so I purchased this to learn and get comfortable. I looks and feels great but I do want to make some changes, which is what brought me here. At some point Id like to change the headlight, tail light, exhaust, and rear fender. I've been reviewing quite a few different exhausts slip ons and been reading whatever info I see here. I'd like to find something that will give the bike a deeper sound.. (not dirt bike sounding). Any recommendations would be appreciated. I will most likely tackle these changes over the winter or early next spring. Im just enjoying the ride for now!

p.s I did see someone using a coffman exhaust and that sounded pretty decent on youtube.

The coffman exhaust was used by another member and he recently got rid of it because he said it sounded like a dirtbike. I know youtube clips seem tempting in picking an exhaust, but the slip ons will not sound anything like that in person.

In my opinion the Two Bros exhaust is the best currently available.

That member was...ME!
Postes 2 more videos on youtube this weekend of me riding around a parking lot with it before I swap over to the two brothers exhaust. (still waiting on bracket).
Sound quality isn't the best, just rested my phone on the curb while I rode around

Coffman sounds good when riding normal, when you open it up and stretch the gears then it turns into a dirt bike sound.
