Loosening Rear Fender Bolts

I'm struggling getting off the fender bolts. I've tried 6mm and 5.5 mm Hex Allen wrenches and some liquid wrench to no avail. I'm now at the limits of my mechanical skill.

Which bolts specifically?

The one the top of the fender that you need to remove to install some racks.

As you can see below the torque values listed, but I see nothing saying any locking mechanism or thread lock was used on them.

I know some folks have had trouble getting them off.

Try a ratched wrench and stick a metal pipe over the end to extend the length.

Getting the screws back in is not a nice job either.

They are tough! I had to add length to my wrench to get them out.

If you have a soldering iron, clean the tip off good with sandpaper and steel wool. When the tip is clean heat the iron up and place the hot tip in the center of the Allen socket. If it is quiet you may be able to hear a sizzle when the thread locker lets go. I broke the first bolt off on the side of my fender using a 3' long breaker bar on an Allen Socket. After drilling the broken one out I then heated the rest of them with a soldering iron before using the socket & breaker bar. The bolts on the top of the fender, and side of the fender really squeaked when I broke them loose. When examining the underside of the heads of the bolts I think I detected clear thread locker.
