Forward mounted pegs/controls

It's so pleasant to see new things popping up for the Rebel almost daily now ^^,
And now someone has adressed the issue with not having any forward mounted pegs and controls.
Seems it's a custom shop somewhere who has put this together on a Rebel. Can't find it for sale anywhere, so my guess it's a one of a kind made for the bike as a show off of sorts.
BUT! It only means that someone else will sooner or later come along and start making such a part available for purchasing.
So it's good news Kenny G!

I can't wait till I can get my hands on some decent forward pegs. I don't mind the controls where they are, just need somewhere to stretch my legs out when cruising on the highway. Took the expressway to work today (70-75 mph for 25 miles) and would've loved to have that.

I can understand why you need this in Norway.
You touch your licence plate with your heel, right?

I would love to see some options become available. I'm only 5'9" so I'm not really cramped in the stock position and I wouldn't want controls wayyy up front but something even like 4" further up would be perfect.

The forward controls are a definite need....

Lyoko,

Eventually I will have a Rebel that fits my long legs. If I had the forward pegs shown I could probably lower the seat an inch and a half.

I love the bike with the red paint job, I have seen that Rebel on Facebook.

Yes yes, it's big, I'm not compensating for anything thou, just saying.
But sure, it doesn't help either that I'm 6,1 (186 cm), so yeah...

I'm considering to look into making a highway bar for mine, since I too don't mind the controls being where they are.
Not too sure how to proceed with one thou, but time will show.

I figured I'd suck it up till winter time. If a bolt on aftermarket isn't available for forward pegs I'll probably look into the highway bar and fabricating a foot peg bracket.

Yeah I'm thinking about getting a bar from somewhere, since there is alot of them out there. Surely one out there might look decent enough on the Rebel, and simply weld on some brackets to make it fit/fasten.
