Will these handlebars work with stock cables?

Do you think these handlebars will work with stock cables? If not, how do I determine what length cables I need to order?

https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/...r-1-handlebars

Oh, and the reason I'm considering changing the bars is because my wife and I both want a shorter reach, a more upright seating postition. Can any of you recommend a type of bars for that? Maybe there's one out there better than the one I've selected. Using stock cables would be preferred.

Thanks guys and gals.

Thank you so much for providing that information. Were the gaiters easy to install? Your bike looks freaking fantastic.

Thanks for the compliment But... I got most of my inspiration and a lot of help here. Find some time to read thru posts and see what others have done. There are some amazing bikes here and more than a few folks that will try their best to help you out. As for a video. I missed that boat. My kids probably could.

Ok, that's good info. Is the vibration unbearable without some sort of dampening?
