DePretto cowl

Hey guys, wondering if anyone has the headlight cowl from DePretto. Before spending a shiny coin on it I was hoping to find some reviews of how much it helps the wind pressure on the upper body. I haven't been a huge fan of any of the cowls except for this one, problem is, it's expensive! That premium Italian metal I guess. Any feedback?

I'd say that's for looks only, and will do next to nothing for wind deflection.

My advice, if you want something minimal yet somewhat functional... buy the Honda meter visor and plasti-dip it black. Keeps most of the wind off your chest, but you'll still feel it on your face/helmet.

That is pretty tidy, I had seen the Honda visor and thought it would be a fallback plan if the DePretto didn't work out. I do want minimal, I like the openness and the wind is only a "thing" after I get up around 70mph which doesn't happen often on my 8 mile commute to work. So that's why I'm not going for a giant windscreen.
