Help with zed bar please

Hi all I got my zed 1 inch bar and it’s installed but the control until won’t go all the way in, am I doing something wrong?

Not from personal experience, just from reading here... but some of the controls that are handlebar mounted have a nipple designed to fit into a hole in the bar.

Options are to drill the hole in the bar or sand down the nipple.

Could that be the case here?

What he ^ said.

Push the grip fully home (screws loosened), set the correct angle (brake lever down to your liking).

Gently tighten the screws just finger tight and then wiggle the switch block to make a mark on the bottom of the bar.

Take it all apart, find the scratch mark, drill a 5mm hole, clean away the swarf, fit everything and you're done.

You guys are awesome, I went back and looked at the hole in the bar. Thank you both.
