Honda meter visor

Hi , has anybody fitted the small Honda meter visor kit ? ,I was given one , but did not have any instructions for fitting , looks easy to work out , the bracket fits behind the meter and on the winker mounts, it has 2 small collars and 2 washers , does anyone know where they go ? it's the 2 collars and washers in the middle of picture, thanks

Does this visor do anything to block wind from your chest area?

I may get it then. I only weigh 135 lb, so my torso feels like a sail once I get above 40 mph.

I was planning to get the accessory port as well, and the installation of both of these are around the same areas.

I considered getting the accessory port was well, if I remember correctly it is only a .5 amp port and I opted for a decent portable battery charger instead.
