Stripped bolts

It finally happened! I was installing a small windscreen on my Rebel 500 and stripped the bolts that hold the speedo in place. They are in there really tight. Does anyone know where I can get replacements cheap?

Bolts or threads in clamp? If bolts, they are M6 x25mm hex head (washer type!) If in handleba clamps, oops, not so good. If you are lucky enough you can rethread them (been there done that- mechanic at dealer crossthread one bolt when installed screen and power outlet- had to hammered bolt out), otherwise new clamps are in sight
But, yes, those bolts are real PITA to align them correctly...

Or have you stripped the hex head socket out by using the wrong size key?

If that's the case, you have to drill the head and use an ezi-out or a screw remover.
