Leaked Fluid

Hi everyone, got my Rebel 500 recently and did an oopsie and laid my bike at a neighborhood stop sign.

Context: Approaching stop sign to turn right, noticed a car coming up pretty fast and close behind me. I got pretty skittish so as soon as I came to a full stop and ready to proceed I let go of the clutch pretty fast and the bike jerked/stalled and I couldn't catch it in time. Next thing I know, everything felt like it was in slow motion and my bike got laid on the right side. Luckily no major physical damage done (THANK GOODNESS!) just minor scratches to the stock mirror, brake lever, and a bit of light scratch on the exhaust. All can be replaced especially since I was going to replace the exhaust anyways. The guys that were in the car behind me got out and helped me pick the bike up.

Problem: Upon picking up the bike and checking for any major damages we noticed a bit of leaking underneath. I feel so stupid for not documenting this, I was pretty worked up in the moment. It was like greenish/blueish color? I couldn't really tell since it was on the dirty road. I started the bike up and let it run for a few minutes and it didn't seem to leak anymore. I took it home, left it in my garage for a few hours and kept checking for more leakage and I didn't see any more leaks. I got some paper towel and started wiping the tubes and I noticed some very light black fluid on one of the tubes and that was it. It was just a quick wipe, it was leaking but like it was lingering at the end of the tube and I only caught it when my paper towel wiped it. This evening I even took it out an rode on it for about an hr and it seemed fine... but being very new to riding and bikes in general I don't know what to look for as far as problems/issues goes.

Questions: What fluid(s) was it? What else should I check for? Should I be worried and have this checked out?

It is probably overflow from the fuel tank or the coolant tank.

So... safe to say I shouldn’t be too worried about it? Did you still have to get yours checked out?

If a bike falls over, something will leak out.

Naw, I just drove it home.

Down by the kickstand there are three breather tubes, each one of those can leak something, I also had gas dribbling from the gas cap.

Yes! I believe that’s it. Is there anything in particular I need to check to make sure it’s okay and not too serious?
