2018 rebel 500. just started noticing it. only had the bike for 3mths. checked the speedo, doesn't seem to be the headlight,.. only really notice it when driving slow but maybe just because when driving fast theres too much wind noise to hear it. might be in the forks. doesnt seem to be the calliper. anyone else have this problem? nothing seems to be loose but it sounds like plastic knocking.

I had a noise similar to this shortly after I got it back from a local shop. Couldn't figure it out because like you I only hear it only below ~35mph. Turns out that they didn't screw the triple tree tight enough and caused the forks to misalign after a few days of riding by nearly a whole cm. This caused the front brakes to bump into the screws on the ABS disc and made a knocking noise. So maybe check your fork alignments?
Kenny G and Lyoko like this.
