My buddy drives a Yamaha MT07 and was talking about this Rekluse clutch he discovered. Sounds like it just eliminates the need to hold the clutch lever in while stationary. Is there a rebel 500 equivalent of this? I checked their site but all the Honda products were for CR/CRX/TRX (dirt bikes)
In practice most of the time, yes. MSF stresses the practice to never sit in neutral at a stop light in case you need to emergency evacuate the area due to oncoming moron behind you
Rekluse clutches are used by HARD CORE dirt bikers. Not a recommended street product.
The Honda Tiger Cub that is coming out in 2019 will have clutchless drive like the old Trail 90 and Trail 110 bikes (called Posties in Australia). If you are close to my age that might be an appealing option.
