Unhappy Air in rear brake?

Hi,

Just did a quick drive and a few times there was no pressure on the rear brake at all, you could slam it down without any braking...a few moments later, it worked just normal. Can it be that there is air in it? The 1000 km inspection was just a few weeks ago...

Gives me a very strange feeling!

There could be air in it but how did the air get in there? I would bleed the brake to be sure.

Yeah, bleed it, and check for leaks. Check all hoses and lines, and every joint where they connect. Use some paper towel to check with, you'll spot it in no time if there is a leak.
Take a good look at the fluid tank for the brake, make sure it's at the correct level.

The bike is not a half year old and there is a two year warranty. I will call my dealer and let him check it, to be sure. He is in my town, so no long way to get there...

ABS huh...

What if they won't find any problem with it? Will they change the brakes or what?
