Mobile Browser Issue

When using the mobile browser on my iPhone certain punctuations turn into a question marks once posted. Everything looks good when I type the response but when the response is posted things like quotation marks, apostrophes, etc... turn into question marks. I've noticed this with a few other posts by users.

Can this be sorted out?

I see an apostrophe in your post that looks like an apostrophe to me. Is your browser set up with a custom font?

I created this thread on my iPad using the desktop version, so there isn't an issue. I only have issues with the mobile version. Limee's posts from yesterday have the same problem:

Here is my last post from yesterday using the mobile version:

There are more examples out there. I don't have this issue on any other site when using a mobile version.

Limee's post about the short fender is the same... Question marks instead of apostrophes.

Testing a post from the mobile browser to see if it's a browser issue or maybe it's an issue with the OP's settings...

ETA... Looks like apostrophes are working for me. For reference, I'm on a Galaxy S8 Active, latest version of Android.

Just testing mobile on my iPhone 6 with latest updated iOS. This has happened to me before the recent iOS update as well.

It?s what's ?test?.

Edit: on my iPad now editing in full version. For the question marks above I physically typed the apostrophe and the quotation marks. For the apostrophe that you see, it was a suggestion (ie: I typed in whats and clicked on the suggestion of what's).
