Users having trouble signing up

I'm forwarding this from a Rebel 500 Facebook group I'm in

Do any of you guys use the forum

I just got my Rebel, and I've been trying to create an account there for days, but I get the following error:

Registration denied. We check new registrations against a database of known forum spammers. At this time, we are unable to contact this database to verify your registration. We are sorry for the inconvenience but please do try again later.

I've tried e-mailing the webmaster, no response. Is that a dead forum? There seems to be plenty of user activity...
You may way to look into your sign up flow and/or reach out to this person on Facebook

I ran into the issue trying to sign up initially, too. I was able to get register the next day on my phone, though. Waiting, or a different device solved my issue...just not sure which.

Google cloud services was having an issue recently - that should be cleared up now.
