Touch up paint

Can anyone suggest what paint I should use on the side of my rear fender, where the bolts are? I noticed a bit of paint has been peeled off after I put rubber washers under the fender bolts. Would any flat/matte black auto paint do?
Thanks.

Isn't the rear fender gloss black rather than matte? Regardless, one product I use for black touch-up is Rust-Oleum appliance touch up because it's cheap and comes in a small bottle with brush applicator.

It is mainly gloss except for that strip along each side where the bolts go. Thanks for the recommendation.
