How's the factory Honda storage cover?

Just picked up a used 2018 Rebel 300 - unfortunately I'll have to store outside and I'm in a pretty wet climate. (S Florida)

Is the factory honda storage cover pretty good? I was somewhat surprised to see it's a generic part # for a number of different bikes - or is there anything better I should be looking at?

Make sure your cover has a vent. Otherwise, it will trap humid air under the cover...with no way for it to vent. I don't know about the Honda cover.

I am using an Oxford Raintex (size L) cover. It works pretty good.

Noted on vents, unfortunately down here all our air is humid air.

I've got a 09 Rebel 250 that looks like it has spent most of its time outdoors but has held up well aside from the chrome. Hoping the matte/painted finishes on the Rebel 300 hold up a little better over time.
